Our goal at Health Resolutions is to bridge the gap between patients and medical providers. Many find themselves overwhelmed by the daunting task of sickness or injuries all the while dealing with the emotional side of being the caregiver to a loved one. The doctor directs the care but the patient should participate in this so that they work together as a team to promote healing. Our goal is to help empower the patient and their loved ones with information regarding their own care. We will assist them and the family to make good decisions and direct all involved through the healing journey.

We are here to provide a medical consulting, patient advocacy and support system to the patient and the family or friends. We sill assist to assure appropriate care through education, guidance and solid solutions. By specializing as a medical liaison we can help to filter through the information, understand the outcome and help prepare you for the next step, this will enhance the care and certainly help calm the chaos.
