Medical services offered.

Residents of Ogden valley now have access to medical services via in an office setting, a house call service, VIP Care or local area lodging.
The house call service is not an urgent or emergent service however often same day service is available by appointment.
Patients can receive a full evaluation and if needed minor testing such as strep test, Mono, Urinary tract ect...
After being evaluated the pt. may require Iv fluids, stitches minor splinting or medication prescriptions.
It may be that a Patient will still need further evaluation By their doctor or a nearby hospital, if so Eileen will communicate with those facilities for your convenience.

Presently this is a fee for service however an insurance reimbursement form with the proper numbers will be given to you to send to your insurance company for a refund.
Currently Health Resolutions has joined forces with your local chiropractor Dr. Lewis Harper and his crew sharing space for a convenient location to residents. At this time Tuesday’s and Saturday’s are available office hours.
